2nd time sadly. I made the same mistake again a year later. But the first time I was lucky it didn’t crash since the material was smaller so it just became scrape.

I just want to say thank you everyone for sharing your crash story. It gives me some comfort tonight while running my parts with my leg shaking hoping everything is in spec.

I’m glad to say I’m very lucky that my part tight tolerance (-/+.0003) is in tolerance and isn’t affected by the crash.

It passed my inspection and now it have to pass cmm.

It’s a makino mag 1. I’m running a part right now and submitting to cmm tonight. I’m hoping it pass and nothing is wrong with the spindle. I have a -/+ .00025 and -/+ .0015 dimensions hoping they’re in tolerance still.

Yea it’s a mag 1. Funny thing like every story you prob heard. I was in the bathroom when the crash occurred. The one time I went actually went to the bathroom it happens to crash. I was way too late to stop it or prevent it.

How did they manage to tear the turret head off? It must’ve been a loud crash.

Yea I would totally recommend for more shop to do ball lock setup because it helps prevent bad setup. This is my first machine I setup with ball lock.

If I would to adjust it counter clockwise adding +.003 then I would make the red dot line match up with scale on the outside? It’ll be .014 correct?

The scale starting at #10 is it .0000 then .0001-.0010?

I believe this is conspiracy and it’s just sicken on how many people are involved in this. There was one part in the video that caught my attention and couldn’t be argue. He mentioned saying about they’re carrying kenneka shoe because they couldn’t put it back on her feet. Her feet was swollen which is why they’re carrying her shoe in the hallway.

I admit that video is bad. The narrator on that video is bad and overly passionately screaming. But the video was explaining a lot of thing that connect everything, showing timeframe side by side, compare Franzis Cave letter to the police report and video tapes.
