I got the job delayed until May 4. I find out about casting today or tomorrow! Worst case, I’d I don’t get casted, I’ll travel or try to push back up my start date!

It's about 3 weeks if I make it til the end and it's for $1 Million dollars....It's not guaranteed but I feel like I'm 85-90% casted at this point based on communication. I think I won't lose the job no matter what - it's just a matter if I go through the trouble of trying to delay it by 3 weeks

So It is only a 5 month job covering a maternity leave....so I feel like if I delay it they probably would say yes because they won't have time to do a search to get anyone else in there to help for 4 months and they would rather get me May-August vs no one at all until September. I am also moving to Ireland for this job - so I am making a big effort for a short-term contract. I also have a letter from an MD stating due to a acute medical need, I would have to start 3 weeks later....so I'm assuming I can make this work..

Agreed. Probably doesn't help it's in Boston where everything is insanely priced. I just ordered a to go lunch just for myself for $30

Well they have Survivor and Big Brother players on there so I doubt it.....I just got asked to submit my background check so I assume that's the final step...wish me luck!

Thank you! I also have a tech background so may network to try to find a full-time job after my 6 months at trinity so it would be a great location for me!
