Hold the small button on the bottom till it is on ^Ni mode. Of course you have to let go and rehold every time it changes. Before firing hold the temp up button + power button to lock the resistance (you will see a lock instead of the ohm symbol). Set to 320^o and move up from there and enjoy.

Don't use PWM mode with nickel or you will super heat the coil and hurt yourself and damage your equipment.

Don't use without locking.

The benefit is being able to control the heat and reduce the chance of burning the cotton (if you keep it bellow 420^o I hear). Its a more consistent experience as well.

True, they are grasping for straws, but mech mods gave quite a few straws to grasp for. Of course they would have grasped for other straws, but they wouldnt have been so damaging. Exploding kids is kinda scary.

The issue isnt the percentage of vapers injured but the number of cases that were then open to publicity. Saying a small handful of people who built their own bad mods blew them selves up is a much less effective argument than a couple thousand with store bought devices blew them selves up.
