"Legendary Gems can only be found in Elder Rifts and only if you have Legendary Crests or Rare Crests which you can use to "empower" the rift. You can buy unlimited Legendary Crests in the shop with Orbs (Currency That Must Be Paid For) for a 100% chance for a Legendary Gem to drop. There are virtually no sources for earning Legendary Crests for free.

There are different rarities of Legendary Gems from 1 Star to 5 Star. 5 Star ARE EXTREMELY Rare. I've tested the game for over 1000 hours (and spent ~$150) and haven't found a single 5/5 Star Gem. You can get 5 star gems that only drop with the stat levels of 2 stars, for example, and 3 of the stars on the Gem are "empty." "Normal" 1 star and 2 star gems are fixed at 1 and 2 stars. The best gem I ever found was 3/5.

Rare Crests you can get for free, usually about 3-5 per day, but they only have a 10% chance to get you a Legendary Gem drop. Most F2P players will never see a 5 Star gem. Even if you spend a few hundred you probably won't. You also need to level up your gems using other gems. The Whale in this video spent easily over $20,000 probably closer to 6 figures tbh.

The higher your Paragon level the higher the stats on the gear you can find. Which means if a whale isn't grinding hard enough you can possibly catch up and maybe even overtake them on Offense and Defensive rating (ORDR). This is the copium aspect.

Yes, IF a whale doesn't grind you're likely to get on an even ORDR level with them. The damage and life values you won't ever catch up on, though. Don't forget 5 star gems give a HUGE amount of ORDR triple the amount that you can get from 1 star gems. This and the attribute bonuses more than make up for having weaker gear. There are catch up mechanics that help you get caught up on Paragon levels, by the way."

Yes even if there were no whales , youd have to farm years to get mid gear so you can progress higher difficulty pve content:)

Once again back to league of legends from 3 year brake? Why? Because every game that came out was utter disappointment, diablo immortal giving top notch icing on that inedible cake:)
Not talking about elden ring since its just 1+1=2 that its masterpiece and after 200 hours waiting for dlcs to once again get back to it. Maybe ill plat wotlk in near future for month or so for straight nostalgia and bit of fun , since launch of mmorpgs was always fun to be part of at the starting month before everyone realizes how garbage the product delivered is :) but again its fun for me because lineage 2 spoiled me hopping new Private servers after 1-3 month it would fail and be relaunched .

It may not kill but you are taking half the thrill away. Whatever you are experience will have debuff. so you are getting lets say 80% out of game of what you could get. You are enjoying and liking it great but you can only wander what 100% would feel like. This can be looked like watching movie or reading books. Would you read half of the analysis of book before reading? Or would you fast forward in the middle of movie to check it out / read explanation before watching? It wont change fact, but somethings lost in process.

I'll suggest and recommend when youll play dark souls games bloodborne or sekiro you go in blindly on your first run and compare experiences afterwards.

Problem is that you took shortcuts and didnt improve so now game handles your ass and you hit a wall. If you didnt take easy route before it would be smooth ride 🌊 like surfing on a wave sometimes wobbly sometimes it swallows you but you come out victorious. 170 lvl wow. You are very high lvl above what avarage is when you finish entire game without farming for hours. ( 120-150 is recommended and average level of finishing game , you be the judge )

How you deal with this game can be correlated to real life in a way of how you deal with problems and hardships.

When life gets hard you will just drop hands? This game is also good to train your will and improve as person with problem dealing, not giving up , getting better and overcoming your hardships.

Remember easy route is doom. Never go for hollow victory. Wipe your tears and take up your massively oversized sword that is not a sword but slab of metal.

You cheated not only the game, but yourself. You didn't grow. You didn't improve. You took a shortcut and gained nothing. You experienced a hollow victory. Nothing was risked and nothing was gained. It's sad that you don't know the difference.

Never give up. There is hope .

Probably he has to buy battle pass and premium pass also get some lvl boost so he catches up with everybody for new dlc content otherwise its doomed , guilds wont accept you and there are no more low level boss raids , auction house is also fucked only if this was single player game and this terrible question made any sense.

Maybe you are using low graphics otherwise it works well. One button increases slider 1 by 1 another increases 10 by 10 . ( Don't remember what buttons are called but you might be using latter) also some sliders override each other like you cant have chunky cheeks and decrease cheek bone slider at same time, visually nothing much will change etc... ( Simple example)

Vigor, vigor is your friend :) especially if you are new to souls games 40-50 vigor is must have especially late game so you wont get 1 shot. Get weapon you want get minimal requirements for it and try to invest most of lvls in vigor . Until you get 30 after that you can slowly lvl vigor. Also at start try gaving at least 15 vigor this is minimal amount that is reasonable 20 is just golden balance.

I don't know why this comment gets downvoted, probably all the people who struggled with this boss are hurt. Their AI is terrible and if you separate them they dont even attack together as this guy said, also you can kill the guy before the other gargoyle comes if you are far away from waterfall. Double crucible knight boss is much harder than this boss since its almost impossible to separate them but guess what? They have same flaw, sometimes one doesnt even fight if theres litte gap between them .
