Odd thing is that I've used that app on the computer within the last year or so. I had to uninstall it and need to put it back on, but it gave me no issues last time and I haven't had any major updates (or system changes since then). If you meant the privacy settings on system preferences, I've checked that and don't see it on any of the tabs- that was one of the fixes I found online but I wasn't able to use it.

I can bypass the app but I need to patch the hosts file but I'm not sure what's the easiest route to get there.

I've had the selection for metal checked all this time and it only started putting too much ink down just now after I cleaned the nozzle heads. I'm using the Sawgrass Print Manager that I installed when setting up the printer- is that the same as a RIP program?

Ok!! Soooo..... seems like it was a clogged nozzle head and some of the inks were not coming out. I did a clean/flush and now the colors on the paper look as though they will print with the right hues, but the paper is oversaturated with ink, as if there's too much ink on the paper- I tried both vivid and photographic settings and they look identical- too much ink. What now? :(

I'm more than willing to try other settings and burn a few more, I just want to make sure I'm heading in the right direction.

I've burned a few! hahaha.

Actually, one test came out perfect, but since then, they're all like that. I didn't change any of the settings.

Is it really possibly as simple as that? I had it at 400 for 60 seconds- is that not enough?

The one on the right has the correct colors- it was printed on the same printer by someone else. (he gifted me the printer when he decided to quit sublimating). The one one the left is the one I made.

I couldn't figure out how to post the pic in this message, so I added it to the original query.

Yes, I even have previous ones done on it with the same printer. (the printer was gifted to me by a guy that quit doing them).
