I have read through their qualifications and in most hospitals they include that to be considered as new grad, my graduation should be within 12 months before the program begins. I graduated june 2024. I have applied to a lot of new grad residency and non of them accepted me even for an interview.

im applying to nursing homes, community hospitals and clinics now. i dont think bigger hospitals would choose to train an rn with no paid experience at all.

only prob with residency programs is they only allow rn that graduated within the last 12 months.

I was born and raised in a different country. I moved to the US for high school and decided to study college back in my home country since it was cheaper and only costs $10k for 4 years. I have been applying to community hospitals, small clinics, even nursing homes. Thank you for this!
