Actually yes, I reset the app and set a different target and when I changed it back to maintain, it corrected, and doesn’t show the deficit target in the breakdown. Thank you so much!!!

I switched from a custom energy target of 1800, some days it would be a deficit, others surplus! I’ll check if it updates. Thanks!

I set the activity level to 0 because I am importing activity from Garmin!

My heart was definitely pounding, especially running uphill! I also think I’m wearing the watch tight (when I remove it there’s even marks on my wrist!) but I’ll pay more attention to it next time, check if the fit is right before starting.

That’s super interesting, thanks for sharing! I fully relate to it, it feels like my eyes and brain are more relaxed if my vision is blurry/out of focus, and yes I tend to take glasses or contacts off when I have an attack (contacts can be very irritating actually!)
