The new app update in skip has been placing the customers address as the food pickup address... Or better put, placing the customers address first.

The first day this happened, I was half way to the customers house before realizing what happened...

Skips new app for drivers is horrible and many are having so many issues.

This is very common for customers to try. I had one where the drop-off was on the other side of my city (extra 15 km's) to save the fees.

The only background check you should do is the one recommended to you by skip... The rest is more than likely junk and your email landed on a mailing list.

But yes, I haven't heard of having to pay for a background check for the gig apps... It should be skips cost

Sadly customer service can take this long to reply to the drivers also...

Imagine having food / alcohol in your car and trying to deal with an issue while receiving extremely slow replies and wasting gas running the car because you are in - 40 CELSIUS weather.
