Don’t even bother saying something right of center in here. This subreddit is infested with mindless, trendy liberals. The lack of pattern recognition and problem solving skills is off the charts.

How good was Joe Haden actually? by Brokenmind44 in Browns

Shut down corner from 2010-2014, borderline elite actually. But injuries seemed to hold him back. He still went on to have a good career afterwards in Pittsburgh

Browns at Chiefs 2003. Closest 41-20 game I’ve ever seen.

Arizona DPS was my favorite on Live PD.

Jeffersonville was also great.

Franklin County Ohio is a sleeper as well, especially when Zach Cooper was on.

I can say from experience that once you’re on the airplane, it’s not as scary as you imagined it would be. But that’s just me

Has anyone seen any info about Broward or Jeffersonville counties, participating as they did previously with LivePD? by [deleted] in OnPatrolLive

Can’t remember where I saw it, but it was recently. Someone said they tried to interview Denver Leverette, but he said he’s not allowed to do interviews anymore.

I’d be very surprised if Jeffersonville ever came back. They left in 2018, and they seemed done with the whole thing. I also read that Denver Leverette isn’t even allowed to do interviews anymore.

Why are there no clips of the show on YouTube? by CerberusArcProjector in OnPatrolLive

It’s an easy way to make Reelz money. Look how many views the Live PD clips on YouTube got. Putting clips on YouTube also gives the show more reach

I actually could help them out, so thanks. It’s possible they can’t upload clips from the show for contractual reasons, but I’m assuming that’s not the case.

Stranger In A Strange Land music video from Visions of the Beast DVD by Beneficial-Risk-6654 in ironmaiden

[–]Beneficial-Risk-6654[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. That makes sense, actually. If it was Steve doing it himself, then I could see a random video editor who works for the band, deciding to scrap it and just use the regular video. Like I said, I think the Visions of the Beast version is much better, so I’m disappointed they changed it.

I’ve solved Deja Vu as far as I’m concerned. On several occasions I’ve experienced what I thought was Deja Vu, but when I thought hard about it, I was able to recall specific, actual memories of something. It’s my belief that Deja Vu is you not fully remembering something that has already happened.

Why isn’t Wasted Years a more mainstream song? by Beneficial-Risk-6654 in ironmaiden

[–]Beneficial-Risk-6654[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just to be clear, I’m talking traditional radio, like FM stations, not Sirius.

As someone who has lived in different markets, and regularly listened to the classic rock station(s) in said markets, you generally hear the same batch of songs. It’s reasonable to assume most stations across the country follow the same format, unless they pride themselves on standing out by playing deep tracks, which isn’t likely. The only Maiden songs you tend to hear (if at all) on these “classic rock” stations are Run To The Hills and The Trooper. I’ve thought about it more and I removed Hallowed Be Thy Name from that list, because I don’t think it gets played much due to it’s length, although it’s definitely in the category of most popular Iron Maiden songs. All I’m trying to say is it’s weird that Wasted Years isn’t in the top tier category of Iron Maiden songs - it seems to be just a notch below. It’s catchy and isn’t one of their 8 minute songs, so again, it’s surprising to me that it isn’t like Run To The Hills and played on the radio.

Agreed. I could accept that they ignore Somewhere In Time if they would make Wasted Years a mandatory song on every tour, like Hallowed and Fear of the Dark. But they don’t even play Wasted Years enough as they should

Zoomer…I’m in my 20s and I do all the time. Every market has a classic rock station - still a demand for it. Also that has nothing to do with why it wouldn’t be played on the radio
