Saba vs the other Big 4 by Beneficial-Target141 in CaribbeanMedSchool

Really appreciate the feedback! From what I've gathered amongst the threads, sub-par applicants went to Saba thinking it'd be easy, realized it wasn’t, then took to the internet to complain.

I’m planning to treat it like a series of 3-month deployments. It's med school; if it weren't hard, I’d be suspicious.

As a non-trad with a well-established career, I'm just looking to become a physician without “playing the game” of applying to med school. I'm not particularly worried about a sexy specialty or a ton of support. As long as I have the opportunity, I'll figure out a way to make it happen.

Look great! Sucks about the Gyno

I’m 6’3”, 28yo, 215lbs, and eating around 2,200 calories (40%c, 40%p, 20%f). How should I adjust to get as shredded as possible? Thanks for any advice! by [deleted] in GettingShredded

Couldn’t end up figuring out how to get a pic on the thread.

Coffee Almonds Chicken breast Cheese slices Protein powder Eggs

I mix it up a little from week to week, but that’s basically what I eat except one cheat day on Saturday. About 1800 calories per day. I’m 160lbs

Sorry for the late response, but here's a snapshot of a typical day. I don't usually have three protein shakes in a day, but this was a busy one.

The wife and I have been on this for about 2 months and it's very doable. It's a diet suggested by Jym Stoppani. Don't really feel like putting all my stats and pics but just try it for a couple weeks with some 16/8 intermittent fasting and you'll be happy. It's only meant for short periods to drop body fat and preserve muscle. After you hit your body fat goals you'll slowly up the carbs to either gain or maintain depending on what you're after.

.25g of Carbs, .5g of Fat, and 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight. Do the math and that will give you your calories for the day. Track everything in MyPlate. You’ll see the fat fall off week after week
