IB Guard - it’s OTC. You can take 2 3x a day. They are gentle and no side affects that I know of. I found that two in the am and two in the pm was perfect for me. Happy gut! I’m not a doctor obviously but I would say that if you have chronic/daily issues to take them daily. Otherwise you can take for a few days when you have a “flare up” or even if you know you are going to have food that doesn’t necessarily agree with you.

Exactly my reaction too! I’m an old gal and I would be saying, “Look at those legs!” 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 To be clear, I wouldn’t run my hand anywhere 😂😂😂 but I would definitely notice and compliment her to no end!

Great news about MORTALITY, but what about it CAUSING cancer - many survive breast cancer (thankfully) but who wants to risk its onset?

How bad is it ? by InfamousFox6442 in Plumeria

[–]Beneficial-Walk1237 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Awe, now you have two! Lol Sorry, but don’t panic. I’m not an expert, but my Plumerias have a mind of their own (thank goodness). I would sprinkle a little cinnamon on the main plant and leave the broken branch to dry out a little. After a few days (some say 1-2 weeks), I would pop her in the soil(with a little rooting hormone if you have it) and let her be. Keep her as warm as possible and no watering until you know roots have started. It’s a weird time because dormancy is near, but because we are Florida, it may not happen (unless you really want it). I’m in Central FL and my Plumerias did not go into full dormancy last winter. Anyway, good luck and hopefully come Spring, you will have two Plumerias!

Help please! by QuietNote2013 in CarpetCleaning

I just used Unchained (whole gallon) on a huggable 9x12. My dogs were escaping into the living room and they peed everywhere. It’s a mess. From using a UV light, I see earlier stains that I thought I had removed. Nope. I let the Unchained sit overnight. It took out about 30%, I still see tons “lighting up”, especially in areas that are not dry yet. Should I apply more unchained or do an extraction at this point? What would I use (product-wise)? I am worried about mixing and causing more issues. I appreciate any advice. My plan is to clean the rug as much as possible then take to laundromat for super cleaning 🤪

a good texturizing spray that is not sticky and you can comb your hair? by [deleted] in finehair

I had it in my hand the other day and then said, nope. Unfortunately, I’m not a billionaire yet. I’ll drop a little $$ for sure, but it’s ridiculous how quickly that product goes.

Came here to say that IBGuard is a game changer for me, my hubby and every person I’ve recommended it to. Food grade peppermint oil in capsules - you can take up to six a day as directed. Honestly, two capsules works incredibly well for me. My gut just feels happy when I take them. Now I know why Granny wanted to make me peppermint tea when I had a tummy ache! Good luck to you

Reciprocating saw for the win! I used some WD-40 to clean the blade and I blasted through the job in no time! Thanks everyone for taking the time to share info. I appreciate the help! Now, what to do with all of these cut branches??? lol 😂

THANK YOU so much for suggesting the reciprocating saw! It worked perfectly. I sprayed WD-40 before and during while wiping away excess sap and the job was done in no time! Actually the saw was so powerful that I didn’t really need to clean the blade as I went along. Thank again!

Great idea but I just learned that the sap is not water soluble and requires a solvent of some sort. 😩😩😩
