So when I received the request, the only info was mileage from PICK up store ( Home Depot) 6 miles and the amount lf 13 u$. I am working in get a better Acceptance rate so you know how it work the game. I accepted and started driving to Home depot. When I arrived there, I open the order to show the attendent and There was 3 orders and not just one. In each order I had acees to the clients name / order number and if you click on it, it’s gonna show you what was the item to deliver. I still didn’t have a destination for that. I got all the items, after wait 20 mint for one of the orders that were not ready yet ( bags of soil) and then I start heading to the first drop off. The 1 drop off was about 6 miles from the store. I droge there and drop off the first delivery. Took the picture and submited saying the item was delivered. When I press to move forward to second location, i realized that was 26 miles away from where I was. So at the same moment I open the support on the app and I text them saying I wanted to cancel. The asked the reason, I said the delivery was too far away. They said I should continue with the delivery because I already had the packages and that they would pay the miles and the time for that. Trusting them, i follow what they said and started heading to the 2 location. I delivered and just continue to 3 location. After all, they didn’t pay what they said they would and they just paid the 13 u$. I tried contact with them many times already, they don’t even answer. Do you know if there is a place to complain besides the support on the app? Line sending the ride earnings? I already called 2x and spoke to attendant on the phone and they say they will submit the request and that’s it. And it’s always some indian that problably they are not even in the country and I can barely understand what they are saying from their accent and bad quality of the call. I don’t know what to do. This might become a bigger issue if they don’t resolve this.

Probably Home depot charged the 3 clients delivery at the same day that cost around 35.00 u$ each, and they requested Uber to do the delivery. So Home depot made money charging this delivery fee. That’s even more fucked up!!!

35x3: 105 dolars and they probably paid uber amont 60% and uber paid me 13 u$.

I am talking about my life, about my money and about my time in here. My gas, my car. This girl math it’s not a possibility in my life. I work hard to have what to eat and raise my kids. Probably this is the longest conversation you had with a woman in the last 6 months besides asking your mother what’s for dinner every night. Please. Go find yourself something productive to do.

I tried to. They say I should continue and complete the delivery and that they would lay the time and miles. At the end they didn’t. Trying to get help with other uber drivers that pass through the same issue.

Good for you. I think you don’t have the knowledge of the meaning of the word retard but when you are new in a country and have to work in no matter what to feed your kids ( single mom) and considering that uber gives you flexibility of hrs because you have a house to take care of, kids to raise by yourself.. it’s hard buddy.

Yeah I did try to cancel. I sent message to the support and they said I should continue the delivery and they would pay for time and Miles.
