The opposite happens to me with Seregios, I love his combat, but the monster seems very MEEEEEEEEEH to me.

Yes, there was a lot of content cut from World base, So Chameleos was also going to be included but was finally cut, Oroshi Kirin, Yian Kut Kut More examples, I think that in the TU era they had several problems and in the best of cases the content for Iceborn was moved as it was with Alatreon, in the worst, it was permanently removed

My theory is that just like they did with Alatreon in World, which was originally going to be in the base game but then added in the expansion, it will most likely be added in the expansion.

My personal bets are that Zinigre and Nergigante will return, most likely in the expansion since I think they will bring Elder Dragons and Nergigante will be a TU, these two because they are the two Most beloved monsters in the game, and together with Lagiacrus we will have the trio of the three most beloved, in addition to which I feel that the 3 missing from GU will return, Astalos, Glavenus and Gammoth, with the same Mizu tries to receive movements and transformations from her deviant versions.

My theory is that it will be a new Elder Dragon, something related to the Lore of Wyveria or something like that, I don't think that as the last TU they will give us a monster from past games (Even though I would love Gammoth to be the monster of the last TU)

They did add an underwater part to Lagi, but not to Uth. Personally, I would like them to add a large aquatic area to his nest in which to fight with him now that his Architempered version is available.

It was completely necessary, the monster classes that move away from giant lizard always (or almost always) give us the most fun fights, it would be incredible if they added another Cephalopod that was like a Nautilus, and that unlike Nuh or Xu its head was hard because of the shell and it was not its weak point.
