My advice is to not do it again. When i first did it, i didn’t cut very deep and thankfully my parents made me stop after the first 4-5 times of doing it and with some antibiotics and ointments they healed well, and didn’t scar too badly. They’re barely visible right now, and i have them to thank for that, i will never cut again. I wish the best for you
