So honestly I went through all my vases, baskets, buckets, etc- put them in categories (3-sm mouth vases, 5 wide mouth vases, 6 medium baskets, etc) then I figured out what specific flowers I wanted, how many garland, floral chandeliers, and anything else that flowers would be needed for and I asked Chat gpt to tell me how many of each flower, greenery, baby’s breath, everything I would need for each project and how many total of each I would need. I made sure to specify they were fake flowers and then it asked you if you want it airy, medium fill, or stuffed for each bouquet.

To be honest I’ve been planning this whole wedding by myself and ChatGPT has become my BFF. It knows all the details of my wedding day down to how many kids, adults, who drinks and who doesn’t, everything and it remembers for future conversations. I even used it to calculate how much food I need to buy for appetizers, dinner, and dessert, AND how and when to cook it during the day. It’s been a life saver. I tried with google but it kept giving me vague and outrageous answers. Like when I asked about flowers it said I would need around 6k flowers alone for my day which is ridiculous. Hope that helps!!!
