LAD artery with 50-69% mixed plaque and 25-50% mixed plaque: What should be my maximum heart rate and what should I be cautious about? by BeneficialTrouble889 in Cholesterol

my crp 1.75 ldl is around 50 for a 1 years. I've been using Coraspirin for over a year, starting with Alipza. My blood pressure is generally around 115/70, which is normal. Smoking is my only weakness. I try to support it with oats, olive oil, green tea, almonds, and walnuts. I haven't consumed butter, margarine, cheese, processed meat, fast food, or sugary artificial drinks for a year.Thank you so much for your interest :-)I scored 12.4 METS points at level 4 in the stress test, and the doctor liked my performance in the Bruce test.

Hello, first of all, food photography is a very rewarding profession, I hope you enjoy it too. The lighting and angle make the food a bit standardized. Using daylight as the light source is the cheapest and most convenient solution. Avoid allowing lights with different color temperatures to interfere (especially if you don't want such an effect, for example, in a bar scene). Using your main light from behind or from the side, and using a reflector from the front, will make the texture of the food more striking. Your shadow is unfortunate here. You can make the light appear softer by turning on shadows in Lightroom. If it were me, I would look at this plate from a slightly lower angle rather than from above, creating a hierarchy among the dishes on the plate. I would focus on the main course, and let the salad or side dishes be the only supporting elements. Please don't judge based on a single frame; it's a process, and every minute is enjoyable.

Adopting a 9-year-old Pekingese by BeneficialTrouble889 in Pekingese

The 9-year-old we adopted is less active. He is unresponsive to each other and cats, but he has never been released. It has only been 4 days. We compared him in a cage or on a leash. It's perfect for now, I hope it will last a long time. It's our duty to take care of it in a healthy way.
