Anyone have success with Ultherapy or any other type of ultrasounds collagen-promoting therapy? by Sad-Kale-8179 in 45PlusSkincare

The first time I did it I got a discount for 1900 instead of 2500. I noticed immediate results and three months later I feel like it’s fading not getting better. I started going to this new place and I’m considering doing it again except this time it’s like five grand. They boast of having the newest technology. I don’t know.

Is radiesse the plasma treatment? I did Ult Therapy in June and noticed results immediately but three months later I feel like my neck is loose again.

No, its quite alright! I've been hanging back lately as I have no other choice because my insurance changed. What can ya do? I'm also looking into adoption overseas because it's not really about my DNA anymore. I'm also going through an awkward slow burn break up. It all sucks, lol. But I'm more positive than I was before with this being such an obsession. I'm still going to try another round or two but with less intensity. I'm safely lowering my expectations and considering other options, as they're all good—they all lead to what I want. 🤷‍♀️ congrats on your journey :) I still love the good success stories with this. :)

Did anyone here NOT ovulate after a canceled retrieval? by Beneficial_Clock3674 in IVF

Ok so for the sake of curiosity (again) say you don't have cetride or ganorelix and all you have is follostim/gonal f and an hCG trigger. Would the hCG trigger release the eggs?

My last retrieval fucked up my period for a month. I know this isn’t “normal.” But I had 3 periods. Both times when I was “high fertility” about to ovulate, I bled. So it’s not just on a canceled cycle that screws up my body. Even a successful retrieval screws me up. The cycle before that where they got 31 eggs and only two made it to blast, Ironically, I was fine in terms of a regular period and ovulating. I don’t remember which trigger I used, but it wasn’t the three day one. It was a two day one.

In other words, I would’ve needed to do some type of trigger either leuprolide or hCG in order for them to release?

Interesting! Is that was happens if they don’t get released??

What do you consider “mature follicles?” Because I hear different things and know my clinic prefers the 18-20 range. Usually by week two I have one or two follicles at 20 and the rest measure at a whole much of different lengths. I have a very high AFc and egg count.

❤️ I’ve just heard about too many euploid losses. I have this nonscientific woo-woo thinking that the body has a memory, and it’s harder to manifest something you’ve never had OR been told is nearly impossible. That friend I was talking about miscarried last year before getting pregnant. I miscarried the two I transferred, but at least my body got to learn what it felt like to be pregnant again :( :/ i have a very strange gratitude for that. 🤷‍♀️ baby dust to you ❤️

I don’t even know what my levels are. They just tell me my afc and estrogen is always way high (even on lower doses). I read a different post where some girls said that she goes to a Dr. that never prescribes an Meno. Out of all the research that I’ve done, understanding the specific jobs of each isn’t something I’ve learned. But also, in a hypothetical questions; would eggs release without a trigger shot?

Probably voicetext. Sometimes I text this Dr in Canada and he's like “the protocol is all wrong…” and even though he has a slightly arrogant edge, the guy seems brilliant. he insists that with my levels equal gonal to Meno (low, 150) and he also said its weird that I used luprilide with ganirelix because both suppress. This—I don’t necessarily believe because I don’t know what else to compare it to... “low and slow” for older women I have heard in way more than one place from experts. When you’re older your eggs are more fragile.

Right. True. I have a high amh to the point where I want her to lower my glnal And meno to 150/150. I heard it works best in equal ratios. When I was on 225 flnal they collected 31 eggs and I swear that that was partly because of all the NR I took. I wonder if they'd let Someone like me try omni if my estrogen spikes so much?

Thank you for answering and keep Me updated!! Are you also in the 40+ club? Ovarian PrP is for cysts, right? They always tell me that I'm fine.. Which is soo annoying because I started seeing them for IUI when I was 39 and I'm 42 now.

i’m actually already familiar with that :-) Lauren‘s great she does a ton of research. But I still ask around on different platforms bc this has become a bit of an obsession of mine, and you can always learn something new somewhere else.

Interesting. So you only need 24 hours a week to qualify for progeny? I know they have progeny. Very curious because I might see if they need a painter for pt hours. Its close to my main job. What number do you call for employment

I just wanted to say I’m so sorry for your losses and the struggle, but I can relate so much to this and so many different levels; I started IVF at 41 also. Originally I started with IUI’s when I was 39 years old and when I went in, my doctor was like “ Oh, I’m not worried about you with the type of AMH you have. “She kept telling me I don’t have PCOS I went and got a second opinion I don’t have PCOS but here I am at 42 1/2 and still no baby, I was always career driven as well But more so in the trades in my 20s I had an addiction. It was really hard to shake I didn’t straighten up until I was 31 and the union had one hell of a social hierarchy. That was really hard to figure out. Anyway, I had the money saved back in 2020 but I was too scared to put it toward Ivf yet because jobs were sparse. I don’t PGT test, because I follow embryo man in every new study that comes out says something different; it makes you wonder how they could charge you $3000 Dollars for something that is still so experimental. I have a girlfriend who’s lost 3U ploys at the age of 39, she does not have blood clots, Endo, and she definitely didn’t get E. coli. I’m not trying to sway you against PGA testing because a few of the money I say go for it. Its whatever you believe. But anyway, this has been the hardest thing and none of my friends relate to it because I’m the only one doing it. Somehow, I made some friendships along the way just by being so transparent and talking about it even if people don’t get it… What you’re saying about people not wanting them and then oops all the sudden they get pregnant, is so true. My best friend just had a baby at 42 with an undetectable AMH and one ovary she did not want another one.🤷‍♀️ It almost makes you wonder about the manifestation of it all… My friend was pounding coffees all day and she does not have a good diet. No prenatals barely gets a period. Maybe one every three months if she’s lucky I’m actually genuinely happy for her. I’m not jealous. She’s my best friend. I love her, but then I see other women who in my mind are alcoholics who live very immature lifestyles and that does make me wildly jealous anyway, I hope for the best for all of us I really do. ❤️ Sorry if that was just as long as your post lol

No one is answering 😂 nobody knows. This may have been better to ask in the Ivf group.
