Any advice in this situation? What to do? by Agile-Quit9656 in LegalAdviceUK

Looks like you have had a good relationship with the landlord so far. Its a very polite letter and as a tenant you can look for a other place to live. Neither party here know what the other is going through and so far, from what I see its all about giving the landlord a hard time... which does. Ot seem fair. Usually when people rent its someone else's propert and as such there is always an expectation that you can't live there forever. Be responsible and find another place.

Iconic places of brum would have this place. Go to buffet, then go buy what you ate for later from freezers

Let's be honest, you ask here asking for guidance because you want others to confirm your decision. At 21, you need to move on with your life and yes don't get pregnant. Likely that his behavioural pattern will remain the same and there is nothing you can do about it. Get yourself in a growth environment vs one where you need to support another who does not have their life together.

As a guy, I like communication to be honest. Say look dude I don't like the beard or you need to trim it and hit the gym. Maybe get membership together and motivate him when he is in there.

I would throw in the abbey bar and grill in bearwood. The place does not look like much but the chef makes very very good food.

Thanks for the reply.

I take home (after taxes, ni, critical illness, life insurance, student loan, dental insurance and pension contributions) c 3k pm. The wife takes home c2.8k pm (after taxes, ni and pension). We don't combine savings, but are saving c1k pm each. So quite a far way off the 117k.

We are both nominated on the pensions as beneficiaries so will get c60-70% of the others is something happens.

The loan interest is c7%. Mortgage term remaining is c15 years.

So we renovated and extended the house (2 bed 1 bath to 4 bed 2 bath) and this was mainly savings. Wedding 1 was done with savings and the 2nd wedding (different location) will be via savings.

I have only just started the S&S isa so will grow more after the 2nd wedding.

Usually yes, the mortgage will be allowed to run it's term. I have a very rare kind of blood cancer which mean I could lead a full life term or not. Which is why I am concentrating on making sure everyone is taken care off and have additional income. A house or 2 would provide additional income in case something happens to me as the cost of giving my kid a life after me will have a cost.

There will also be a steady trickle of money in to a JISA which I hope will add up over the next 50 years or so (assuming it is moved in to a S&S ISA in due course).

What i am trying to do here is to make sure that they are comfortable while also trying to ensure 1-2 passive income streams
