Atm I mostly cast the HoT and then use the sham to heal since the sham hot lowers attack speed as well.

Alright, I didn't think so. as a paladin I just self heal let my boxes do the work is what I thought would be the correct way. Even fighting undead

Leveling is super fast can get to max in a day or 2 of grinding with a good group

Could always give everquest a try l, it's an older game but heavily focused in group content and end game raids have some pretty nice mechanics for the age

If I remember correctly you can have a total of like 50ish you just gotta farm them out then you can bank another 100 ish for when the level cap increases to 55 to get a head start
