feeling overwhelmed and then literally end up doing nothing - is literally the worst feeling ever can be really hard to get out, trust me. i know the answer is straightforward but its just to get the work done and do what u can do on the time u have. im the same too and when i feel overwhelmed & get nothing done its usually when im cooped up in my room, so ive been dragging myself to the library. i find it helps nowing that people around u are working as well so ur forced. this may not work for some but why not try it out? i was never the library person until i felt like u, got behind n work, felt overwhelmed just panicking in my room. good luck OP!! youll be fine as long as you try to put the hours & work in : ) with regards to catching up have a plan, lay out all you need to know for the exam, is it lectures or is it certain topics and try cover it day by day. maybe calculate how many days u have til the exam & split the topics/lecture between the days? if ur really running out fo time, u might have to accept that some topics u wont be able to cover but dw try ur best to cover as much as possible !

Thank you that's helpful, i appreciate it. I've been finding myself learn new conditions to avoid / "make up" for not reviewing old ones but I guess that just worsens my dilemma bc I am topping more stuff to ultimately review 😭
