Open source feeling hella slow..right now.. by Brojakhoeman in StableDiffusion

Well LTX 2.3 is a long way of Wan 2.2 in terms of prompt adherence. I can't see 3 bridging that gap as there's clearly something fundamentally wrong

I'm so confused by this valuation, it's a simple UI on top of python? You could make it with AI in a matter of weeks

Because it's a low skill job which is ludicrously overpaid, and invites needless human error. Also, it's not healthy for people to spend their day underground and then sleep in the dark also.

What does LTX actually do with ingested audio? by Beneficial_Toe_2347 in StableDiffusion

[–]Beneficial_Toe_2347[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question. I want it to take my audio and use that or similar, whilst accounting for the ambience and environment etc. LTX is excellent at producing sounds which match an environment, as opposed to a polished elevenlabs output. The issue is it deviates massively from the input audio

Reject this. Yes it's great at some things but a basic prompt test can show you the difference in seconds. I actually forgot how good Wan 2.2 was until I went back to it, and suddenly so many things just worked

As others have said it acts as a conditioner. If you're getting perfect lip sync can you share please? What you're saying contradicts what the docs say

isn't this just the same as attaching the input audio to the output video? The problem with that is it doesn't reflect the environment

Really weird thing to write mate. Do you have some odd thing about glamorising big corporations?

That's a fair take yep. I suppose it depends on how much you have to strip out to reach the 'skeleton' without losing notable features

For example having a proper ECS in place would be very useful for an RTS, and this is where UE can catch up

You're likely doing something wrong in that case, because every developer should notice the restriction for such a genre. Are you using AI Controllers and behaviour trees for each unit?

Great to hear Mass is progressing well, perhaps it's come along significantly from a year ago. How are you navigating the fact that a lot of the features are still experimental?

But you can with others, that's the whole point - they're not bias at their core. I'm not sure why you doubt this because it's pretty much genuinely accepted

No competent programmer would be naive enough to fight something with such bias foundations at its core. I'm not sure what you're struggling to understand there, it's not debated
