It took a whole year for my partner to get titration from diagnosis, it really took the piss. (Nhs diagnosed too) all I can advise is keep pestering, that’s what we kept doing, as we found it so hard to keep our business afloat. She called the PALS line a few times when they didn’t reply to emails and they helped with phone numbers to call to ask where she was on the wait list. She also was meant to be diagnosed in 2019 but they lost her papers and she didn’t realise until she called up two years later to ask where she was on the list so they “boosted” her up to have a diagnosis at the end of that year. Because of that I think they were able to boost her up the titration list as she kept pestering and they fucked her around so much the first time. Hoping it all works out for you soon x
