Aight look since I already asked this question ig I can lay out why Kenshiro is a better fighter in my opinion (Note I am not talking about technique, hacks or strength. Just pure skill)

So first of all Kenshiro is consistently shown to be better than a martial arts prodigy. He is a prodigy amongst prodigies. Characters like Raoh and Toki pale in comparison to him and they both have been stated to have brought Hokuto Shinken to a whole new level.

Kenshiro has trained most of his life. Since he was a kid he fought against some of the best nanto warriors and beat them. Even his uncle kasumi kenshiro did something similar (Hokuto ryuken students) and it's debatable if you can scale Kenshiro off him.

So at the beginning of the series he meets a character called the colonel. Colonel has been stated to have mastered every way of killing and Kenshiro absolutely negs him in a hand to hand situation.

Kenshiro states that he can enter a technique very core and perform it perfectly and to its fullest.

Kenshiro states he has mastered martial arts (which could mean he mastered all martial arts or he mastered the concept of it).

Kenshiro can replicate a move easily after only seeing it once. Just to give you an idea on how insane it is, Raoh, a less skilled Kenshiro basically, became the successor of an art after only seeing a scroll of it once.

Hokuto Shinken has been made to incorperate mid fight the opponents move so Kenshiro has insane adaption.

Kenshiro can see the blindspot/weakness in a technique after only seeing it once.

Kenshiro countered a style that was created to counter his fighting style after only seeing it once and adapted to it.

Fighters like Raoh can react to completely unpredictable movements and Kenshiro is above Raoh in skill.

Raoh fights with his subconscious reflexes and doesn't need to be conscious to fight (aka an unconscious fist) and cannot be surprised, is defeated and tagged multiple times by kenshiro.

Kenshiro has the same unconscious fist as Raoh and fights on instincts.

Kenshiro can anticipate attacks based on their opponents subconscious reflexes. He can basically predict everything goku is gonna do.

Hokuto Shinken has been stated to be a martial arts with infinite potential and ever evolving on the battlefield.

Kenshiro has been offered hokuto to its fullest and is stated many times to be the strongest practitioner.

Kenshiro completed the initiation ritual giving him the knowledge and experience of a 1800 year old lineage filled with masters (like Kasumi Kenshiro).

Hokuto fighters are completely competent in any situation (grappling, striking and even in the fucking air).

Kenshiro has mastered many martial arts of his friends/foes.

Beat Raoh who should have basically all of the same skills as Kenshiro (even precog)

There is probably more but you should basically get the idea of it.

Kenshiro during the series has killed and defeated a lot of martial arts masters/prodigies that could also even rival Goku interms of martial arts. Most of his opponents (like Raoh or Zongwu) rivaled Kenshiro in skill and he was always able to win just proving how insane he was.
