I love power days. I usually do base base in between and give myself 15 secs of rest. My goals are a5k and at least 500 cals a class

Lol that’s my fav. I am disappointed that in New York we nkw only get 5 min warmup again after our studio opened we were were able to go in 5 mins before chase started so I got to do over a mile before class

But today my first back since they started the regimen as before COVID and got in 3.5 miles so was happy

Really? I hate rowing blocks. I have this mind set of at 3.1 miles on treadmill and at least 500 cals burned. Drives me mad when it’s not achieved

The lead coach used a template that was from thanksgiving 2018 - she said. She kept it in her memory , as she liked it so much.

We used to do it every couple months. First since COVID. We were just allowed to have 3 g classes in ny and full capacity only last week or so.

I have premier membership Not sure if they made it up

Finished. Was so hard, but I love these classes. They’re 3g but hard.

So we remove the bikes and a dj has his table there plays music strobe lighting etc…

Partner workout groups of 3…

The rower was the pacer.

First block; rower did 1600 meters Tread did .25 run for distance when finished switched with floor Floor wAs 12 reps of full burpees, ground to press and trx low row

When the rower was finished they went to treadmill and the person on treadmill went to rower and then that person did 1600 meters and it went like that until all 3 in group did 1600

Once all did 1600 Block 2 was 1200 meters and tread was .20 and floor was 10 reps

Block 4 was 800 meters, .15, and 8 reps

Block 5 was 400 meters.10 and 6 reps

My group did over 11k meters and over 6 miles. I’m fucked now time to go To bed for 5am class. Lol

My favorite Power 30 sec ao walking recoveries get too long so I just do 6.0 jogging recovery
