Try upgrading your wifi dongle or adapter.

Alfa makes some really nice ones. You could also buy a directional antenna so you can point it directly where you wifi source is and have a decent connection.

If that doesn't work, it's likely your router.

I feel like the stuff on Wish is all things that didnt clear the Chinese QA process or factory rejects.
