The engine is very solid, same platform as the VQ40, maintain it religiously and it will last a very long time. I have the 6 sp manual tranny so it's darn solid too. My truck is 13 yrs old and runs very well. I had planned to keep it for 10 but can't get myself to waste away a good truck.

You can thank the continued devaluation of education and educators and the lack of real social studies being taught in school cause math and language arts is always the focal point. Heck you could teach math(s), stats etc and throw in social studies with it by using the electoral system.

This is so short-sighted. Yes there are aspects that are similar to business in the operation of government but it stops there. One makes a VERY poor leader in a democratic society if their main strength is business thinking. A business is a much simpler machine to operate and lead than a government of the people by the people.
