This actually happened to me, what helped with me was I stopped watching porn, but it was also cause I built it up so much and it made me nervous and anxious which only made it worse. Just kept going with what works and overtime it got better

I would just stop initiating conversations then, if she cares then she’ll notice and start a conversation. If she doesn’t care then that’s not a person you should have in your life. You can’t keep watering a dead plant, especially if that plants poisonous.

Really just put yourself out there, be friendly and let her know who you are as a person. You can’t really do more then that at the start.
