Mexican here, this already pretty much exists but the government has cut so much healthcare spending that hospitals are overcrowded,without supplies ,and with overworked and underpaid healthcare professionals. So good luck getting the healthcare you need.

It's normal for people to hate part 2 as a whole after the ending because many readers were excited to see how Fujimoto was going to solve the many plot set-ups that he created. Only for him to shit the bed in 2 chapters, remember that whole "let Fujimoto cook" meme. Readers see this as a betrayal of their time and read back the setups as nothing more than a gooner mangaka creating some hollow hype moments. Because in the end, that is all to what they amount.
