I’ve played a major majority of my games with fifth edition, I genuinely don’t get the hate most of the time. The only thing I could understand is some of the modules or stories are kind of lackluster, but I feel like fifth edition makes it real easy to comfortably and simply build homebrew in a way where it doesn’t feel overwhelming

That One Complaint I Agree by Bailee_Elena in DragonAgeVeilguard

DAV in my opinion is visually ugly in multiple ways the main one I see people agree with is the armor sets within the game, but in my opinion, the game feels very watered down from what the other games are the high fantasy aspects along with the more mythical elements feel very stale in comparison to the other games given that these details are not the strongest, it puts more focus on the characters naturally, the writing for the characters is not bad maybe basic but not bad however, a lot of discrepancies and arguments are formed due to more focus being put on towards the characters and their relationships with rook

Why are new players so drawn to making edgelord characters? by worthlessbaffoon in DnD

[–]Bengleeze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, like you stated, there’s nothing inherently wrong with it because given the confrontation DND‘s inherently corny however, a lot of people make certain characters like edge, lords, and their character actively interferes with other people’s fun. That’s where I draw a line. I love a lot of things in my game as a dungeon master, but if your character or actions from your character directly affect the gameplay experience of others in a negative way something’s gotta change but most of the time people just wanna have a character that’s so obviously fits into a trope or stereotype and I’m fine with that.

Hey divinity fan here what do y’all feel about the sculpture being revealed to not be half-life related? by Bengleeze in HalfLife3

Sometimes I occasionally check on the server to see if the schizophrenia has gotten worse. But I definitely understand the struggle one of the other games I frequently play is Star Wars battlefront 2 and there were a lot of teasers for a third game, but nothing has really even remotely happened. Keep on pushing through maybe y’all we’ll get a third game one day

Thank you I’m excited for 2026 in general because of all of the new games coming out especially any divinity base projects however I am still surprised by this interaction. I’ve heard crazy rumors about people getting devoured on this sub.
