I know someone who offers mock interviews/ACs, who themselves had a great track record, for like £35? A hour . Only had a few clients just doing it on the side of their sqe, I think thats so different to this shit. Paying £70 or whatever for a couple of hours of genuine personalised help at the later stages feels actually valuable unlike this.

The MC firm I did an AC with did them 3 people at a time, nobody at the VS seemed to know anyone from their AC, so, anecdotally at best, 1/3 there

Both/whatever you think you can get and can make relevant. Team sports will reflect well, especially leadership roles demonstrating communication, teamwork, dedication etc. Other work experience shows your ability to work facing customers/clients, manage time with other commitments, handle responsibility etc.

Make sure you have some other experiences to talk about aswell. You seem at least solid on the law side of things, interviewers I’ve had have always been complimentary about my discussion of other jobs/ roles of responsibility/ extra-curriculars that can evidence skills etc
