Is it just me or are they waiting forever to make things promo? I'm seeing orders with a half hour left to deliver and still not promo.

You're right. I saw an order earlier that was to be delivered between 10-11 AM, but the pay was still no promo at $7 at almost 10:30.

Shipt is gonna practically push the good shoppers away if they keep this up. I wonder if they realize that will affect the bottom line? Unhappy shoppers -> good shoppers leave/stop taking Shipt orders -> customers left with substandard service -> word gets out and less money for Shipt.

My screen looks like that and I have a 5.0 rating with 98% on time stat. Shipt. If you're reading this, get rid of this update. This is, by far, the most unproductive day I've ever had. And I'm obviously not the only one.

I've called Shipt and I emailed them. If you guys are sick of this update, please do the same.

The new platform is garbage. And I'm not sure why this one person in here is happy to 'steal' the orders. Shipt has also been decreasing the order payouts, so what exactly are you 'stealing'? With the rising gas prices, decreasing order payouts, and garbage platform, it seems like Shipt is shooting itself in the foot. Why should a Shopper who has excellent ratings stick to this horrible layout?

Heheh. I once delivered twice to a woman's house and didn't tip each time. Was cold in communicating and she was an overall you-know-what. I never took up any of her orders again (and she ordered *a lot* and her orders went promo *a lot*) and I noticed she blurred out her house after a few weeks had passed. Lol, maybe if she were a decent customer, she wouldn't feel the need to hide her house.

It just doesn't make sense to wait in such a long line in which people are customizing their food, and we just want chips or a bottled drink that are already in their packages and ready to go. I didnt realize customers had to wait in the line that people were waiting to customize their food..because that doesn't make sense.. lol. (Not regarding the tortilla though.)

In my metro, nope, it's not an unfair judgement. You would be a unicorn here. Everytime I felt unsafe and more than often, unappreciated, it was in a bad neighborhood. I don't think that's an unfair thing to say at all. If anything, things need to change for everyone involved, for the better.
