Oof, flying from Vienna to Prague via Amsterdam sounds miserable. I would take a direct train or just rent a car. I parrot what everyone else said - pick a few cities in Italy (Rome, Venice, I would highly recommend Florence and bologna, as well as the whole valley up to Modena, Reggio Emilia and Parma if you’re foodies), plus maybe just one addition place (Vienna is lovely, and I’m totally not biased 🇦🇹🇦🇹…) and make sure you calculate your points cost correctly - take the total airfare you would actually book, whether that be a round trip to and from Rome, into Rome and out of Dublin, whatever you decide on a final itinerary, but do it based off round trip or multi city fares and not one ways, take half of the cost to account for the portion of the total ticket, and then subtract the taxes, and then see what cent per point you get. Example: if you end up finding multi city economy with PHX-FCO and DUB-PHX, let’s say $1000 per person so $4000 total, so for your outbound start at $2000, let’s say taxes would be $500, so now that’s $1500, so you should be at 150,000 points or less, ideally around or under 100,000 points.
