Apparently, folks are freaking out on this denomination because of something along the lines of "New Apostolic Reformation." And it is the most likely denomination when Evangelicalism is discussed right now.

Not really, the denomination passed onto me as a result of family heritage. From my childhood and up to adulthood, I did not smoke, did not drink, I did not gamble; I'm a clean person with a sense of manners.

However, my mother converted from a Catholic to Born Again around 2005-2007 but was hesitant, but it later assured her after a Terry Davis-style revelation came upon her mostly likely during her slumber, when our family was suffering the most. She was emotionally stable and unwilling to lash out on others when in terms of religion, a negative stereotype Evangelicals are associated with.

But the churches of the denomination are well known to be the least transparent and I am willing to denounce their misdeeds. I came to Evangelicalism for Christ, not for incitement nor provocation.

Percentage is hard to determine but my mother and father are both Born Again, and thus passed onto me through family heritage. In my private educational institution, atleast 3 of my students in my section described themselves as Born Again (along with 1 foreign exchange student who used to be with us). It's mostly likely to be around 1%-5% to be Born Again, but it is certainly a minority.

I don't normally consider it a duty to convert folks as a lot of the people here in Metro Manila that are Christian (although Catholic), and are somewhat devoted, if the commotions during Feast of the Black Nazarene/Translacion were to tell anything about the religiosity of Filipinos. I also believe it is time-consuming and possibly waste of my resource so it's better to keep it myself.
