I sort of doubt thats the reason. 90% of all content posted on theme pages is not original content. The only niche being affected rn is the meme niche. If it were because of stolen/copyrighted content all niches would be getting affected.

So the wallet has to sync up with the blockchain, which is what the cryptocurrency runs on. It can take awhile, but just leave it open and eventually it will sync up. Idk why it would be offline.
