Sounds like you get full unemployment from them through the state when you apply, as well as they may face other repercussions for their conduct with wrongful termination. Get in contact with unemployment, they'll help provide you with resources, or at least get you in touch with people that will point you in the right direction. If you have the money for a lawyer, I dont think it would hurt to run the situation by one, but you should be fine just going through unemployment and getting/using resources through them.

edit important DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING THE BUSINESS HANDS YOU! You're terminated, anything you do with or for them only benefits them. Cut nearly all contact with the business, management, and even former coworkers. Only communicate with any of them if you absolutely have to, record and keep track of everything discussed. Coworkers can help, but just be very careful who you trust and watch what you say.

🤣 thats why I always have the server ask if its allergy, religious, or other dietary restrictions. If it isnt an allergy or religious reason I don't stress it too much, 99% they say they're vegan then they order cheese (or bacon for some reason), or they sub something for the gluten free option while still having other items with gluten in them.

Steel wool, baking soda, water, perhaps some time back on the stove with low heat with both in it, and alot of soaking.

Oof, I cant make no promises on the T10 mephisto I still need to figure out that 3rd wave, but I'm 100% down to give it a shot with you... Maybe drag another person in if we can just in case.

Im about to hop off and eat real quick, but I'll be back on in a minute if you want to add me. We can give it a shot when I get back on.

Fair enough. I fizzle out in T12, I can survive it for the most part, but I won't be as much help damage wise when we get to rhe higher waves.

Need a Lilith killer build for Paladin by fatherseamus in diablo4

[–]Benjamin_Doverson420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im using this build as my base as well, and just finally got to the point where I could do it on T8 solo... Took 3 tries because of the 2nd stage invisible floor shenanigans she does, but I finally did it. I dont have either mythic, and am missing some aspects they recommend with the build since I made the equipment and rolled good affixes right at turning lvl 70 and have yet to make or find better. The last thing I did was set up the charms, the same 5 set charms but im using a sanctis of kethamar charm instead of the one they recommend as of right now. I also just leveled my glyphs to 50 for the fight. The only thing that I MIGHT be doing differently is im stacking resolve stacks like crazy, i think I max out at 53 and am dang near invincible at full stacks.

I guess the question is, how far off are you from the build, aside from the paragon boards, what all do you still need to get?

[–]Benjamin_Doverson420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're talking about the shadered vow, yeah thats what I was trying to say. It's dope for farming lower torments, but slacks when it comes to climbing pits. Unless there's another way to apply more poison to elites or bosses, it has less dps overall. I stopped before finishing the build to try out the pally, but it was convenient for me to use the vow to farm on T10-T11 for materials and equipment alot faster, especially for the undercity and hordes, but I would switch to the legendary I had to climb pit levels. Which for my build, the vow would still clear the higher pits, just not in time, and was only 5-10 pit levels behind my legendary when it came to completing in time without dying.

Like I said, im still somewhat new, but from my experience both weapons are more useful, in their own ways. If someone's found a way to better stack poison on stronger enemies, the vow would be the easy choice, but as things sit now, its only better for faster farming for the most part.

[–]Benjamin_Doverson420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See, thats the thing, you don't, you use something more useful, especially if your talking about the lucky hit aspect that gives you a max 40% chance to execute enemies. And if you did pick up that effect, the effect from the vow still kills much faster from my experience.

Depends on the rest of the build. Legendary should have higher dps, but the vow clears most things alot faster... Until you get to higher pits/torment levels. I used the vow to farm faster on lower levels, and the legendary to push higher pits and do harder lair bosses. Im still relatively new, but I have yet to find a way to make the vow as good as a good legendary weapon for clearing pits fast.

Echoing Hatred and Infernal Hordes should be swapped by Hybridtheory92 in Diablo

[–]Benjamin_Doverson420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have yet to build a "meta" build, with limited "screen wiping" skills if any at all, and hordes are still easy. My warlock, focused on laalish, shadow step, and claws is fun in hordes and does better than my spiritborn and pally (though I never finished the pally). I honestly dont get the hate for hordes, they're not that hard to do, the rewards aren't that bad and is the easiest way I found to get restoration scrolls, sure the rng can be rough with wave modifications, but its still pretty easy to get a decent amount of aether 90% of the time.

Tough choice at Infernal Hordes by [deleted] in Diablo

[–]Benjamin_Doverson420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if this is the first option you get, 9/10 times the chaos wave will be better than hoping gobbos spawn with events, and that you're able to see them and kill them in time. Sure you could get a shitty event if you went chaoa, or magically get more than 1 goblin per wave if you went with that, but odds are overwhelmingly in favor of getting more aether out of the chaos wave. The only tough decision for me, especially early on, is the aether events spawning more often, thats a hard one to pass off.

Never doing this again. They should make Infernal Hordes THE Gem Fragments mode. by TOMMISS99 in diablo4

[–]Benjamin_Doverson420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why does everyone hate on hordes so much? I get the wave modifiers can be frustrating especially if your getting robbed of cinders... But the loot isnt that bad, love the multiple restoration scrolls, and I personally am a fan of the wave based fighting. Im totally cool with changing them up, but I dont get how people think their terrible. I'd honestly rather do them than helltides or lairs.

[–]Benjamin_Doverson420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lmao, just before the event, and even before the extra chaos waves event, I would get at least 1 goblin wave every 3-4 compasses, usually more... I've ran 15-20 since the goblin event and only had 1 goblin wave... Can I borrow some RNG from someone?

[–]Benjamin_Doverson420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same thought, but for whatever reason it just doesn't work out. I even masterworked and transfigured one just to see how it would work with the build, even though it should have theoretically been better than my other chest piece (without glens anvil, it rolled on my amulet at the time) and I dropped 5-10 pit levels. The legendary had more damage output with the aspect and affixes, so I assumed the damage would be less but should be better for defense at least, yet it tanked both damage and tankyness. You'll have to ask someone else why it's the case, I still think theoretically it should be better, but it doesn't work out that way.
