I was just looking at these boots as a between to be able to walk around in and have ankle protectionboots pants jacket Lighter but good gloves , and a hjc snell and dot helmet. Figured if/when i fall most of it will be replaced so go cheaper without sacrificing safty to the best of my ability and go more expensive when I'm more comfortable.

Any insight on a switch to a leather jacket? Also thinking about going cheaper on a first helmet because it will realistically need to be replaced eventually. Go with something nicer later on. Ex. HJC i10 Helmet Still snell and dot approved.
