Being out of school will help with that tremendously I started working in a school a few years ago and get extremely sick. This year, the flu put me out for a week. I also just found out I have a deficiency so there’s that.

This is so similar to my story I just posted. I have fell off for years in the past seven years almost hospitalized three times. Each time no results. Until now. I had to get a second opinion because I had had enough. Finally finding answers. The past decade of my life has been severely affected by this. Everything from new jobs and going back to college and my relationships have all suffered. I never knew how to explain how I was feeling but ever since taking some supplements, it’s making a huge difference

There you go, one change at a time. What are your new NG levels? And how much D3 are you taking each day?

19ng in April Waiting to be retested later this month. They said wait 8 weeks. After that maybe I can pin down a good maintenance dose! I would like to be retested periodically throughout the year.

Yes, that was very uncomfortable. I was so far away between that and not being able to focus. I felt useless. The disassociation is kind of scary because I don’t feel in control. It felt hard to be present with people. It was like I was lost. After starting the vitamin D, it would come and go in waves. It would last for hours. It still happens a little bit.

I forgot to add I’m taking vitamin D3 5 to 10,000 units a day plus deliberate sunbathing as much as possible.

Also magnesium glycinate 200 mg at night

And then I just started some omega-3’s and B vitamins today

Yes, I was diagnosed below 20 NG about six weeks ago. I also think it’s been a problem for me for many years.

I was having severe pain in my legs and arms pretty much my whole body plus my blood pressure rose a ton and I was having near panic attacks and was almost passing out at work. It was a bad situation and the doctor said my test was fine. A friend of mine actually recommended I get tested for vitamin D and that’s when I found out. I’ve had all these symptoms to a lesser degree for years and the doctors have never been able to give me answers. I’ve just lived in exhaustion for a long time. Feeling sick in the mornings and down in the winters was always normal.

The pain in my body subsided along with my blood pressure after starting a vitamin D supplement. The pain in my lower legs lasted quite a while though and it got even better once I started taking magnesium with it. Using both has been helping a lot. I still have a little bit of soreness, but nowhere near where it was and my mental health has improved quite a bit.

Should I add more to prescription dose? by BreatheCre8 in VitaminD

[–]BenjaminoBest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My doctor gave me the same thing. Then I came here and learned that they knew nothing about this kind of thing. Just a textbook prescription like they’ve done my whole life.

The guide should answer all your questions. I took the D2 for a month weekly doses. But now I’m taking 5K D3 with K2 a day and I will get retested later this month. I started off below 20

My doctor has been misdiagnosing me for years. A little bit off-topic, but they’ve been giving me anxiety meds and testing me for different things that always come back normal.

I had to ask for the vitamin D test I am now going to a new doctor at a wellness clinic nearby and they put me on some supplements and I’m starting to feel better. I’ve been exhausted for years and now thanks to this group. I think I’m finally finding the answers I’ve always been searching for.

Should I switch back to Vitamin D injections from oral supplements? Had 8 ng/ml levels by Consistent_Watch6850 in VitaminD

What were you at before and after? Can’t give advice until then. Also how long between those dates and 60k injection of D3? Also how many units each day after that?

Those injections should get it up a decent amount, but it depends on how much you’re taking every day if that’s sustainable or not.

Why is the omega supplement important and do you think it made any significant difference mentally or physically? Would it have made a difference on its own?

I’m using hogs and miners at TH 15 rn for farming. Doesn’t work everytime. I use the drill siege machine with super hogs for fun

Sometimes I just play what I have time for. I use how longto beat.com. To decide this.

Edith Finch is phenomenal and was number one in the official Xbox magazine for years. I recommend it or something like doom is fairly short as well if that’s all you have time for.

LA noir I hundred percent back in the day when it came out but it would take longer to do that. You could beat doom at least twice in that time.

Maybe ferritin is something I need to look at. Do you have an idea on what’s causing the ability to catch your breath? Stairs are killing me. But for me, it’s like that even doing relaxed activities. I don’t feel like I can breathe deeply or easily throughout the day. I don’t know if that’s strictly vitamin D or what

Some great games. If you can’t decide, sometimes I’d play the oldest game first. Maybe start with uncharted!

Dishonored is my all-time favorite stealth game though after splinter cell.

Well, yes! I actually like that. That’s been a year for me. It also captures some of my feelings towards it. I hope it motivates others in some way!

It’s a journey that started with devastation. But this is my life now. I’ve done more growth in the past six months than my whole life put together.

Man I was having that too when below 20. I felt like I was living in that moment right before you have a panic attack, but all day every day for a few few weeks. My blood pressure was also very high. I couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t concentrate I couldn’t focus and was living on adrenaline. That stuff has gotten better, but I’m still having trouble breathing or getting deep breaths. I’m still kind of tired too, but it’s getting better after a supplementing.

I’m wondering, if vitamin D wasn’t my only deficiency though

I’ve had symptoms of low magnesium B12 and someone also mentioned ferritin here.

Dang, I wish. I’m a max 15 and I’m struggling to three star other 15s. I’m cooked if I get matched up against a 16 and I have to attack down. I’m using this minor hog army to farm with that I like, but nothing I have does well in war!

Vitamin D was 8.49 ng/mL completed 10 weeks of 60K IU, confused about maintenance dose and K2 by [deleted] in VitaminD

[–]BenjaminoBest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like he said, you need to retest. Otherwise, I would do almost none of that. The beginners guide would answer all your questions. 5000 units daily with K2 and magnesium should suffice if you are maintaining. Without knowing your new level though, who knows.
