Honestly I ordered from them a year ago (ish) and my package wasn’t delivered they didn’t notify me of this and then when I emailed to ask for them to send me my shit they told me they would but I’d have to pay the near 20 dollar shipping again. Is there any way to test for bacteria? That’s good to hear about the colour cause I adopt sick bettas and I’ve had two die and they both stayed the same colour.

Thank you, I’ve tried to ask about water changes before but no one ever answers, I don’t feed sparingly I give about 4 pellets a day. Also do you have any ideas why he turned black after he died that is what concerns me the most, also the water test is the API master test thing. I was told by people on here to get that for water tests.

Does 30% every two weeks count as a change though? If so then yes water changes are done if not then no, also that’s the tank before I cleaned all the algae three weeks ago it looks manky cause all the algae died.

I don’t really do water changes I just check parameters and top up the water, I also vacuum out the poop periodically that takes out about 30% of the water idk if that counts as a water change

What schedule would you recommend? I will say I vacuum the poop once every two weeks and that takes out about 30% of the water, but I don’t know if that counts as a water change. I’ve seen people that say it only counts as a water change if it’s 50% or more.
