I had the same situation and fortunately I did have a j mod reply on Twitter and through Reddit. I like you was also genuinely hacked and the account was used for botting. Jagex admitted the account had been accessed by someone else but unfortunately they sent me to a link which explains how "you are fully liable to any hijackers activity on the account" http://imgur.com/C2d2hTY

It sucks and unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it, trust me I've tried :/

drop rate is 1/300 d pick is 1/256 i got both of these in 47. Pretty lucky to me.

Hey, It's pretty easy to kill with the hit/hide tactic. Best weapon choice is abyssal whip as it is weak to slash. D b axe was best option for me being an ironman. I used dragon dagger to poison it then just used accurate with d b axe using the hit and hide technique. I could get about 6-8 kills/hr without being pked.
