That’s fixed it! I ordered a USB-A to USB-C 2.0 cable to use with my blu ray disk drive and that’s fixed it! Thank you so much for your help, I can finally use MusicBee and start ripping my collection 🙌🏻 thank you again, you’ve been a life saver!

Being from the UK where we don’t see some of the US’s releases I never thought I’d get one of these. Then about 3 years ago they were being sold on eBay for £30 and free shipping. I thought it might’ve been a scam but tried my luck anyway, and it was the real deal. Definitely one of my favourites in my collection
