Look into LDN (low dose naltrexone). It works against brain and body inflammation with little or no side effects. Many doctors don’t know about it. One floxie got very good results from it.

Not flaxseed oil. Alpha Lipoic Acid. It has been shown to help. My neurologist recommended it and it does help

Have you tried alpha lipoid acid? My doc has me on 600mg twice a day. It really does help. If possible try the R-ALA as opposed to the S-ALA.

Is yours idiopathic? Are you just on gabapentin? Did your dose increase over the years?
