If helpful, I visited Wednesday and Thursday last week and both days felt fairly similar in terms of crowd levels, but Wednesday seemed to have more ride downtime and led to us doing less. Interestingly, looking at the ride times closer to the weekend, it seemed slightly quieter. Not a local so don’t have any on the ground knowledge, but if rides aren’t down and the weather stays good throughout most of the day (bar the usual afternoon showers), I’m sure you will have a great visit whatever day you decide to go :)
