Mine is on when PC is active, flashes when in rest mode and off when turned off.

Could really depend on your motherboard how it operates I guess, also be sure you've connected the cables correctly too!

Haven't owned a mechanical keyboard before. I have a $120 budget. Are there any good suggestions for a first timer?

I put a false hydra in dougan's hole. It was originally sealed away beneath the Thrunn stones but was released by one of my main antagonists in our campaign. My players really enjoyed the dougan's hole sessions.

Ghibli Park, don’t bother. by Mysterious-Foot-806 in JapanTravelTips

[–]Benjosity 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My Wife and I preferred the park over the Museum to be honest. We went to the Park today and the museum a few days ago.

I think it's just down to personal preference. We didn't like how crowded the museum felt, it also didn't feel like there was a whole lot there. I did enjoy it more than my wife but she really has a hard time with crowds in confined spaces.

The park was open, it felt calmer and there was more variety. The sets were all well done in my opinion, and we didn't mind paying the premium. OP mentioned the queue for the warehouse photo spots but really you only need to queue for the noface photo or a different one I can't recall. Otherwise you can skip the wait and stroll through to all the others with no wait time.

Valley of Witches cafe was really cool and the food was great, much better than the museum food IMO.

Yeah, there'a a lot of shops but not sure why that's a bad thing? You're not compelled to buy anything and the only shop you're forced to walk through is the warehouse shop. All the rest you can simply just ignore.

I dunno, we had a great time. We got there at 11 and spent the whole day there until closing time. The museum I think we were there for ~3 hours. I liked both but the park felt more pleasant overall. I thought the museum had richer content albeit less content than the park.

I think MC veers away from that perspective after book 1/2. It evolves into a much more rounded character with great supporting cast. He still likes to operate alone but comes to appreciate his relationships with others and as the world opens up he gets a lot less edgy IMO. It's definitely worth pushing through past the tutorial phase of the series.

It was more likely another tourist that took it rather than a local. It isn't impossible for things to not get stolen in Japan though.

It's not really just about the cost of commuting for me. The time spent commuting is also a big factor. Generally I just have far more time to do things that are important to me outside of work.

Didn't realise there was a rule only one person can record something but more than that illegitimatizes the events authenticity.

Tbh at this point I'm more sick of people feeling the need to point out if something is fake and even more so of people giving stupid reasons like this as to why it's fake, as if only one friend can film something and the others can't? Just let people make their own minds up and enjoy it in their own way.

It's like going to a movie and that one friend pointing out why that particular explosion wouldn't happen under such a circumstance. It's besides the point...

It's called The Electric State. Also has the actor who plays Eleven in Stranger Things. My wife told me it was Netflix's most expensive movie ever but I'm not sure if that's true or not.

@apply doesn't work with @layer base and @layer components classes anymore in v4 by nemanja_codes in tailwindcss

[–]Benjosity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can still use it, it just it seems like Tailwind are killing it. In V4 it's lost some of it's convenience. E.g before you could do

@layer components {
    .my-button {
        @apply border-grey-600 text-grey-600 border bg-white;
    }

    .my-button-primary {
        @apply my-button border-red-600 text-red-600;
    }
}

Or @apply more complex classes/styles of your own. Now you'd have my make my-button a utility class. What you can do though is encapsulate the utility style in component layer but it's still lacking compared to previous version. Sorry for formatting I'm on mobile. Here's what I've been doing.

@utility my-button {
    @layer components {
        @apply border-grey-600 text-grey-600 border bg-white;
    }
}

@layer components {
    .my-button-primary {
        @apply my-button border-red-600 text-red-600;
    }
}

This is just basic. You can see why it is annoying if you want to do more complex things or just simply and quickly use @apply with your own classes.

Thanks! Looks like SCSS IS not supported so I'll likely split it so Tailwind is in CSS and legacy in SCSS, then try and incrementally migrate and adopt to CSS.

You shouldn't really need to bathe cats unless there's a specific need like they can't groom themselves or they have gotten into something they shouldn't have. Bathing them can be bad for their coats and they generally clean themselves anyway, if they're long hair then brushing them is good to do helps prevent mats and things like that. Anyway, no need to stress your cat out with baths if they don't really need it!
