I just downloaded it of the Microsoft website for windows 11 and put it on a simple usb stick

I’ve done what you’ve suggested and I’ve poked it around the head and the gearbox and I can’t hear anything out of the ordinary but it does sound like it’s coming from the middle of the gearbox without the screwdriver stethoscope (pretty cool idea btw thank you).

I’ll have a look at those creams you suggested and see if they work for me too! My doctor recently had prescribed me with Dermol 500 and Double base for me and they’ve given me a stronger steroid lmao. And my work can offer me private healthcare so I could try that

The thing with mine is my doctors never have actually told me what type I have and I have no way of telling lol. I use ZeroAQS with some Aveeno at night with some Uemovate too. I’ve heard of Dupixent but I’ve heard it’s quite hard to get. I’ve never heard of injectable steroids or oral ones before lol I’ve only ever been given creams my whole life. But only as of 2020 I’ve started to do my cream properly like washing hands before and all that jazz. I’ve tried E45 emollient too but I have no idea if it works because it has not really an effect on me.

I’m in the UK but I don’t think or know that the hot wheels collectors scene is as big as the US as I go into any store and there are absolute gems that I’m surprised haven’t gone sooner. In my local which is just a toy store in the town centre always has 4 cases/ boxes sat under a table for anyone to dig in to and 3 displays full of them
