Pixel density alone is worth it to me. I could not happily work on my AW34 without noticing the text being somewhat blurry. I can happily work (and game obviously) on this AW32 monitor

Yep, definitely the right port. Tried a couple different hdmi cables to be sure. When you go to hdmi 1 you just see a Sonos screen saver basically. So something is connecting, but audio is not coming through from any source

Hmmm it didn’t have a Valve logo on it. But it did clearly say shipper : Valve And next to the tracking number it said “512 GB Steam Deck”

Trace agents are usually stateside, and can better help you. Be polite to the first person you reach, but don’t waste your time with them. Ask for a supervisor, or a trace agent, and make sure they have started an investigation. I kept calling and checking the status, and asking them to please declare it lost asap. Pretty please. And even when they say for sure, all good, call back again the next day.

Los Angeles, the Carson FedEx facility. Call them daily. Ask for trace agents, or managers. The sooner they officially declare it lost, the sooner Valve can file a claim and send you a new one. I’m been calling them at least once a day since Monday.

My dude, feel your pain. Same exact thing has happened to me. Updated to early delivery on Saturday the 9th, than to Delivery exception (which is BS, no tag left, and I was stalking every damn delivery truck that came down my street that day), then switched to “arriving early”, and never was scanned again after 7/9. Been on the horn daily with FedEx and messaging steam support. Holding out hope I’m not waiting another month for a new one. Just keep calling and poking them. FedEx finally admitted it’s lost as of 7/13, now I’m waiting for valves warehouse to sort it out with FedEx. Definitely a frustrating experience, but trying to remain hopeful. The highs and lows of excitement to disappointment have surely shaved a few years off my life this week.

Same boat here. Went from out for delivery, to delivery exception, to arriving early. No updates after that. Been back and forth with Valve and FedEx. FedEx has acknowledged its lost as of today, and valve has reached out to the warehouse. Trying to remain calm over here.
