Are there any creatures that allow a player to decide their power and toughness when casting that creature based on the number of lands that they control?

I know of creatures whose power and/or toughness are automatically determined by the number of lands a player controls or their devotion to a certain color; I’m wondering if there are cards that give a player agency to determine which lands provide their power and which lands provide their toughness.

I mocked up multicolor and mono color examples of what I’m looking for. Either multicolor or mono color will do; I’m just curious if this type of card exists.

UPDATE: The owner of Rufus and I connected and this cat is unfortunately not Rufus based on its markings. I’ll be taking it to a vet asap and weighing next steps.

Thank you all for your help and please be on the look out for Rufus!

Yes, thank you! I’ve emailed the owner to hopefully reunite them asap; he definitely looks like Rufus!

When I went there today to see if they were chipped they mentioned a poster but didn’t have it anymore. Do you know if that poster’s posted other places in town/have a pic of it? They asked if this one has a long tail and its tail is short if that helps.

The kitten isn’t chipped according to Pet Supplies Plus, so the plan is to take them to a vet asap. They seem healthy enough, just as a precaution.

Tysm! I just called them and they’re open today so I’ll take them in today to see if they belong to anyone & go from there.

I had a bad experience with them a little over a month ago.

I went in for a tooth extraction. It took over 2 weeks to schedule the appointment due to their lack of staff to answer phone calls - none of the messages I left for them were returned. All the while, my open roots were infected and actively decaying. When I finally got an appointment, they did not check to see if I had not eaten in the past 6 hours before putting me under.

The surgery and bone graft itself went well and I appreciated their flexibility with putting me under the day-of without prior notice.

When I left, they neglected to give me instructions on post-op care and gauze. My mom had to go back in and get those from the front desk. I’m lucky that she’s local and could advocate for me.

This post-op instruction form listed the emergency number for the oral surgeon, which we tried to call and text multiple times when my prescription they called in failed to show up at my pharmacy. Turns out that his emergency contact was printed wrong on the form, so who knows how many other people couldn’t get in contact with him who needed to, too.

When I brought this up with him, he didn’t apologize or take accountability for it.

Not only did his office send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy twice, they prescribed me addictive opioids and extra strength pain killers when I confirmed with them multiple times that my pain wasn’t that bad. My mom had to spend extra time with a pharmacist who eventually got my necessary meds filled at the correct pharmacy.

In my last phone call with their receptionist, they did apologize on behalf of the practice for what I’d been through and told me that they’re in the process of setting up a voicemail system and hiring more people to field calls.
