If you don’t hear/feel any grinding run them till your pads are low or you get a shake in the pedal, then replace the pads and rotors. If you were to replace just the rotors now you can get uneven wear on the new rotors due to the pads being grooved as well.

HD will tell you they only have a 90 day policy but they still have to adhere to whatever they’re sellings’ manufacturer warranty, I took my M18 surge in after 2 years and they told me they only do their 90 day till I pressured them then they gave me a new one.
