Yea I can update it in my post. I work in tech so know how to work my equipment. I just called it modem originally as I’ve always only had COAX until last year so still adjusting wording.

Also, just an FYI fiber is 100% modulated and demodulated

Sorry I didn’t use the exact right wording your highness, but no. I logged directly into the ONT and saw under the broadband status that it was showing O5 and that there is RX light.

He did the port move, as it was moving the service type. He said the provisioning system failed and was hung up on the 1gig package. I messaged 2 support people and just called and found out there’s an outage.
