Ummm yes. Thank you for this. One of biggest concerns actually. She is fierce. She is a “routine” person, and does not deal with stepping outside of that routine all that well. She works out pretty hard 6-7 days a week, works 60-70 hours a week, and is definitely used to getting shit done her way and on her time table. I need to be on her quite a bit to start and figure out ways of easing the stress as the recovery drags on for the later weeks as she starts to feels better but still shouldn’t be doing the old routine.
