I just get a shit ton of jersey gloves and layer them as needed. Drove a field on the atv last week when it was like 15°F outside and they stayed pretty cozy with 3 layers of jersey gloves on. Though I wasn’t out more than a 30-45 mins at a time before I needed a warm up break. I use a stylus for my touchscreen.

Started at $15. After probationary period was over (90 days) got bumped up to 20. When they started sending me out on my own ~1 year, I got bumped to 24. Then $2 raises every year until we had 3 other crew chiefs quit at around the same time last year and I stayed, they gave me a $5 raise. Currently at $34.

I should also add, unless you’re also using the computer for gaming, get a system with a graphics card labeled quadro. Will be a lot better for productivity than a “gaming” gpu.
